Lynn Lalor, the New York born designer of Primartiv jewellery, is now filling her shop with exquisite jewellery hand-made in her studio above the shop.  Located in an historical terrace in the international tourist area of The Rocks, Sydney, Lynn’s clients come from all over the world to buy her unique pieces & often order more when they return to their country of origin. 

Lynn’s passion for expression & mingling of cultural diversity began many years ago after she travelled extensively through Europe & Mexico. She now finds inspiration from the various cultures with whom she deals on a daily basis as well as her academic background as a PhD in anthropology. Much of Lynn’s time is spent importing & hand-selecting vintage & contemporary beads from all over the world.  She then uses these finds to design necklaces, earrings & bracelets in her own distinctive style of daring colour combinations built into artistically complex designs. One necklace alone may take you on a journey of origins, through a kaleidoscope of colours and patterns, & then sit beautifully poised with a designer masterpiece from Paris or Milan. 

Lynn’s clientele include a former Prime Minister of Australia, high-powered international executives in Sydney on business, and the local cognoscenti. The experienced staff at Primartiv specialise in assisting clients to select the most appropriate pieces for themselves, their partner, or a fortunate friend. Primartiv is now on the verge of a major advertising promotion in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia & Thailand and plans are underway to visit the United States, the United Kingdom & Europe to capitalise on her current export success.
